Pearl Grading System

OUR GRADING SYSTEM

We shall never exaggerate our pearl grade or quality by advertising with the words "clean surface" as other distributors often do, since naturally pearls are hardly found absolutely flawless. Further, we shall neither say our nacre layer is "AAAA" or "A". Rather, we prefer honestly informing you virtual facts of each pearl grade and specifics.

Surface : Blemishes or Marks	AAA : Extremely detailed and up-close study of the pearl is needed to find blemish. (98% up of the pearl surface is clean.)	AA+ : Blemish that are present are not easy to find, must be carefully to see blemishes. (95-97% of the pearl surface is clean.)	AA : Medium intensity of blemish is found on pearl surface. (86-94% of the pearl surface is clean.)	A+ : High and obvious intensity of blemish is found on pearl surface. (80-85% of the pearl surface is clean.)

THIN : 0.25mm and 0.35mm on most pearls VALUE = 60 - 75%

VERY THIN 0.25mm or less on most pearls 25 - 55%
